2 frozen açaí packets (unsweetened)

1 banana, frozen

½ cup frozen mixed berries

½ cup almond milk

1 tbsp honey

Toppings: granola, sliced banana, berries, coconut flakes

Break frozen açaí packets into pieces. Add to blender with banana, berries, and almond milk.

Blend on low, using a tamper if needed, until thick and smooth — it should be thicker than a regular smoothie.

Add honey and blend briefly.

Pour into a glass or bowl. It should pour slowly — that is the right consistency.

Serve immediately as a drinkable smoothie or top with granola, fruit, and coconut if serving as a bowl.
