2 racks baby back pork ribs

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp cayenne

1 tsp mustard powder

1.5 cups smoky BBQ sauce

Remove membrane from back of ribs. Mix all dry rub spices and coat ribs generously. Refrigerate overnight if possible.

Preheat oven to 300°F. Wrap ribs tightly in foil. Bake 2.5–3 hours.

Open foil, drain juices. Brush with BBQ sauce.

Grill over medium heat (or broil) 5–8 min, flipping and basting twice, until sticky and caramelized.

Rest 5 min. Cut between bones. Serve with extra sauce, coleslaw, and mac & cheese.
