3 large heirloom tomatoes, thick-sliced

Fresh basil leaves

Flaky sea salt & cracked pepper

Alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella on a platter, overlapping slightly.

Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.

Drizzle generously with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
