    Boil assorted meats with seasoning until tender. Set aside with stock.

    Heat palm oil in a pot over medium heat. Add blended onion and pepper; fry 10 min until oil rises.

    Mix egusi with a little water to form a paste. Add in spoonfuls to the pot. Fry, stirring, for 10 min.

    Add meat stock, crayfish, locust beans, bouillon, and meats. Simmer 15 min.

    Fold in leafy greens, simmer 5 min. Adjust seasoning. Serve with fufu or pounded yam.
