2 cups all-purpose flour

½ cup plain yogurt

1 tsp instant yeast

1 tsp sugar

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp warm water

3 tbsp melted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add yogurt and warm water. Knead 5 min into a soft dough.

Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled in size.

Divide into 6 balls. Roll each into an oval shape, about ¼ inch thick.

Cook on a screaming-hot cast-iron skillet 2 min per side until puffed and charred in spots.

Brush immediately with melted butter mixed with minced garlic. Sprinkle with cilantro.
