1½ cups oat milk or coconut milk

1 tsp ground turmeric

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp ground ginger

Pinch of black pepper

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Warm milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat (do not boil).

Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and vanilla until fully dissolved.

Heat 3–4 min, whisking occasionally, until steaming.

Remove from heat and stir in honey.

Pour into a mug. For a frothy top, use a milk frother before pouring.
