4 chicken breasts (6–8 oz each)

3 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, or basil)

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp onion powder

Salt & black pepper

Pound chicken to even thickness (about ¾ inch) for even cooking.

Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken 30 min.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Oil grates well.

Grill chicken 6–7 min per side. Do not press down. Internal temp should reach 165°F.

Rest 5 min before slicing. Serve with quinoa salad or roasted asparagus.
