    Mix butter with garlic, dill, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt to make herb butter. Refrigerate.

    Pat salmon dry, brush with olive oil, and season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

    Preheat grill to medium-high (400°F). Oil grates well.

    Place salmon skin-side down. Grill 4–5 min without moving, then carefully flip and cook 2–3 min more.

    Top immediately with herb butter and a squeeze of lemon. Serve with roasted asparagus or green salad.
