½ cup dried hibiscus flowers

4 cups boiling water

3 tbsp honey or sugar

Juice of 1 orange

1 cinnamon stick

Ice cubes

Steep hibiscus flowers and cinnamon stick in boiling water for 15 min.

Strain into a pitcher, discarding flowers and cinnamon.

Stir in honey while still warm until dissolved.

Add orange juice and refrigerate until ice-cold.

Serve over ice — the deep ruby color is stunning in a clear glass.
