1 cup ripe mango, chopped (or frozen)

¾ cup plain yogurt

½ cup cold milk

Pinch of cardamom (optional)

Add mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and ice to a blender.

Blend on high 30–45 sec until smooth and frothy.

Add a pinch of cardamom for an authentic touch.
