1 cup frozen mango chunks

½ banana, frozen

1 tsp ground turmeric (or 1-inch fresh, grated)

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of black pepper (activates turmeric)

1 cup oat milk or coconut milk

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Add milk to blender first, then frozen mango and banana.

Add turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and honey.

Blend on high 45 sec until silky and golden.

Pour into a glass. The color should be a vibrant golden-orange.

Serve immediately — this smoothie is best fresh.
