    Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and toss with a little butter. Spread half in a greased baking dish.

    Brown beef with onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, cinnamon, and cloves. Simmer 20 min until thick. Layer meat over pasta.

    Top with remaining pasta.

    Make béchamel: melt butter, whisk in flour, slowly add milk, stir until thick. Off heat, whisk in egg yolks. Pour over pasta.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375°F for 40 min until golden. Rest 15 min before slicing.
