1 bunch asparagus, tough ends trimmed

2 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, sliced thin

Zest of 1 lemon

Shaved Parmesan (optional)

Salt & black pepper

Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with olive oil, scatter garlic slices, season with salt and pepper.

Roast 10–12 min until tender with lightly charred tips.

Finish with fresh lemon zest and shaved Parmesan if using.

Serve warm alongside any protein.
