1 cup fresh spinach

1 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp shredded coconut (garnish)

Add coconut milk and spinach to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Add frozen pineapple, mango, and banana.

Blend on high 45 sec until thick and creamy.

Pour into a glass and top with shredded coconut.
