    Mix turkey with breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Do not overmix.

    Roll into 1.5-inch balls. Refrigerate 15 min to firm.

    Brown meatballs in olive oil in a large skillet, 3–4 min per side. Remove.

    Sauté extra garlic in the same pan, add crushed tomatoes, simmer 10 min.

    Return meatballs to sauce, cover, and simmer 20 min. Serve over pasta or quinoa.
