4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

Juice of 2 limes

Fresh mint leaves

Blend watermelon, lime juice, sugar, and water until smooth.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a clear agua fresca (or leave unstrained for a thicker drink).

Refrigerate 30 min to chill.

Serve over ice with fresh mint leaves muddled or floated on top.
